How to view and download Monthly Reports
Automatically generated monthly PDF summaries of your compliance status.
What is it
A Monthly Report is a point-in-time PDF snapshot of your compliance status, generated automatically once a month and permanently retained - unlike Insights, which is live and changes as your data changes.
Why / when to use it
Steps- Use Monthly Reports as your historical record - proving what your compliance status looked like on a specific date, for audits or board reporting.
- Because it's a fixed PDF, it's also the right format to email or hand to someone who needs a document, not a dashboard link.
- From the sidebar, go to Monthly Reports.
- Reports are generated automatically each month - there's no manual "generate" button.
- Use the search box or the By date / By name sort to find a report.
- Click Preview to view a report in the browser, or Download to save the PDF.
