How to review the Activity Log
An organization-wide feed of every create/update/delete/archive/done/upload/comment action, with who did it and when.
What is it
The Activity Log is a chronological audit trail of every change made across your organization's data - who created, updated, archived, deleted, completed, or commented on what, and exactly which fields changed.
Why / when to use it
Steps- Use it to answer "who changed this and when" - resolving disputes, investigating an unexpected change, or simply understanding recent team activity.
- It's the accountability layer underneath everything else in the app - since every other feature (expiries, workflows, templates) writes to this same log, it's the one place to see the full picture of what's happened.
- From the sidebar, go to Activity.
- Switch between All Activity and Expiries Only using the tabs.
- Each entry shows the action type, the item it happened to, who did it, how long ago, and - for updates - the specific fields that changed.
- Use the refresh button to pull the latest activity.
