How to choose who gets notified and preview upcoming reminders

Set the default recipients for reminders, and see what's about to be sent.

What is it
The default contacts are the people who receive reminder emails for any expiry that doesn't specify its own recipients. Upcoming reminders is a preview list of every reminder scheduled to go out, so you can verify the right people are being notified before it happens.
Why / when to use it
  • Set default contacts (e.g. your compliance team or a shared inbox) so every new expiry has someone watching it, even if the creator forgets to add specific recipients.
  • Check Upcoming Reminders periodically - it's the fastest way to catch a misconfigured recipient list before an important notice fails to reach the right person.
Steps
  • Go to Reminder defaults, then open the Who to notify tab to set the default contacts who should receive reminder emails.
  • Go to Upcoming reminders to see every reminder that's scheduled to go out, and when.
