How to use the Calendar view

See all your expiries laid out on a calendar, color-coded by status.

What is it
The Calendar is a date-first view of your expiries - month or week layout, color-coded by status - as opposed to the default Expirations list, which is a table-first view.
Why / when to use it
  • Use the Calendar when you think in terms of "what's happening this week/month" - planning ahead, spotting clusters of deadlines, or explaining a busy period to your team.
  • Use the Expirations list instead when you need to filter, sort, bulk-act, or search across many records - the table is better for data-heavy work, the calendar is better for a quick visual scan.
Steps
  • From the sidebar, go to Calendar.
  • Events are color-coded: red = expired, green = due today, blue = upcoming. Use the status filter (top right) to show only one of these, or "All items".
  • Switch between Month view and Week view using the view selector.
  • Click any day to see a list of everything expiring that day; click an event directly to jump straight to its details page.
  • Use + Add new (top right) to create a new expiry, or the refresh icon to reload the latest data.
