How to check your plan usage and limits

See how close you are to your plan's limits for expiries, contacts, users, teams, expiry types, workflows, AI scans, storage, and email/SMS credits.

What is it
Usage shows, for every metered resource on your plan, how much you've consumed versus your limit - distinct from Billing, which is about the plan/payment itself rather than day-to-day consumption.
Why / when to use it
  • Check it periodically (or when something unexpectedly stops working) to catch a resource nearing its cap before it becomes a blocker - e.g. running out of AI scans mid-month.
  • It's the fastest way to self-diagnose "why can't I do X" - most plan-limit issues show up here first, before you need to contact support.
Steps
  • From Settings, open Usage (admin only).
  • Each card shows a metered resource - e.g. Expiries, Contacts, Users, Workflows, AI scans, Storage, Email credits, SMS credits - with how much you've used out of your plan's limit.
  • The progress bar turns amber at 60% used and red at 85%, so you can see at a glance what's close to its cap.
  • A limit shown as means that resource is unlimited on your plan.
  • If you're near a limit, go to Billing to upgrade your plan or add capacity.
