How to manage your plan, seats, and payment methods

Everything to do with your subscription lives on one page: plan, seats, billing email, payment methods, tax ID, and invoices.

What is it
The Billing page is where your organization's subscription (plan tier and renewal), seats (how many named users your plan includes/allows as add-ons), payment details, and invoice history all live in one place.
Why / when to use it
  • Go here to upgrade your plan, add seats when you're hiring, update the card on file, or grab an invoice for expensing/accounting.
  • Keep the Billing Email pointed at someone who'll actually see invoices (e.g. accounts payable), not just whoever set up the account - it's independent of any user's login email.
Steps
  • From the sidebar, go to Billing (admin only).
  • The Subscription card shows your current plan and renewal date - click View plans to upgrade or change tier.
  • The User Seats card shows included vs. add-on seats; add more seats from here if you're near your limit.
  • Set your Billing Email (where invoices are sent) and Tax ID (VAT/GST) in their respective cards.
  • Manage saved cards under Payment Methods - add a new one, or mark one as default.
  • Download past invoices from the Invoices table.
