How to set your organization name, logo, timezone, and currency
Organization-wide defaults that affect dates, currency symbols, and the "from" identity on outgoing emails.
What is it
Organization Settings are the org-wide defaults - name, logo, timezone, base currency, email sender identity - that every user and every expiry in your account inherits unless explicitly overridden.
Why / when to use it
Steps- Set Timezone correctly first - it determines exactly when "30 days before" or "on the day" actually fires for reminders, so a wrong timezone can mean notices arrive at the wrong local time.
- Set Base Currency to your organization's primary currency so Value/Currency fields on new expiries default sensibly instead of needing to be set manually every time.
- From the sidebar, go to Settings, then Organization (admin only).
- Set your Organization Name and upload a Logo (with a built-in cropper).
- Set the Timezone - this affects when reminders are considered "due" and is shown on the Reminder defaults page.
- Set the Base Currency - the default for any expiry's Value/Currency fields.
- Configure Email Sender Name/Prefix and delivery mode (individual email per expiry vs. a daily digest) if you want custom sender branding.
- Click Save - this also updates the setup checklist badges in the sidebar.
