When adding contacts to your ExpiryEdge account-particularly individuals outside your organization or personal contact details-you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained explicit consent from these individuals to add their contact information to your account

  • These individuals have agreed to receive notifications (email, SMS, WhatsApp) through the channels associated with their contact details

  • You have informed them about the nature and frequency of notifications they will receive

  • You are responsible for ensuring that adding their contact details complies with applicable privacy laws and their organization's policies

✓ Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents before adding any contact to your account. You must ensure that each contact has been informed and has agreed to receive communications from ExpiryEdge. We recommend that you provide recipients with a copy of this Privacy Policy and explain the notification preferences available.

💡 Important Notice: Standard messaging rates may apply to SMS and WhatsApp messages. Individuals receiving notifications understand and agree that they may incur additional charges from their mobile carrier for these communications. Recipients can modify their notification preferences through their account or by replying "STOP" to any SMS to unsubscribe from text messages.

You have full control over your notification preferences. You can access and manage these settings at any time through your ExpiryEdge account settings under "Notification Preferences" or by contacting our support team.

We share it only with the service providers who help us run ExpiryEdge (hosting, payments, email delivery, support, analytics), each bound by a data processing agreement - see our full, named Sub-processors list. Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States; where that happens, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You can use our self-service tools for this - Settings → Privacy & Data in your ExpiryEdge account lets you download your data or request account deletion - or email support@expiryedge.com. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any such email, and manage cookies at any time via our Cookie Policy. See Section 0 above for how to complain to a supervisory authority.
