Terms & Conditions for Users of ExpiryEdge

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between A2E Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") and you ("User") concerning the use of the Company's subscription-based SaaS product, ExpiryEdge ("Service" or "Website"). By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, the User must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The User must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, the User represents and warrants that the User meets these eligibility requirements.

3. Services

ExpiryEdge is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) product that provides expiry and notification management services, including but not limited to tracking expiry dates, sending notifications, managing contacts, and organizing important dates. A2E Digital Pvt. Ltd. may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's account credentials and for all activities that occur under the User's account.

5. User Content

Users may have the ability to submit content to the Service, including but not limited to documents, notifications, and comments ("User Content"). The User retains ownership of User Content but grants A2E Digital Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of A2E Digital Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The User agrees not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content without the prior written consent of A2E Digital Pvt. Ltd.

7. Prohibited Conduct

User agrees not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Impersonate any person or entity;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Engage in any form of automated data collection;
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
